Can I return my Aikes product?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns. However, every Aikes device comes with a 6-month warranty covering genuine manufacturing faults. If something isn't right with your device, contact us at team@aikes.com.au and we'll make it right.

What does the warranty cover?

The 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and genuine faults with the device or its components. It does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear. If you believe your device has a fault, reach out and we'll assess it promptly.

How much does the app cost?

The Aikes app is free to download on iOS and Android. Basic features are included at no cost. A Premium tier is available for the full AI sync experience and can be activated directly in the app.

Does it work with any video or audio content?

Yes. Aikes syncs with any video or audio your device can play — streamed or locally stored. You're not locked into any platform or content library.

How does the long-distance partner connection work?

Open the app, create a private room, and share the invite with your partner. Once connected, your devices sync in real time. The connection is encrypted end-to-end — no one else can access your session. For video or voice connection, we recommend using encrypted apps such as whatsapp and discord.

Is my data private?

Yes. Partner connections are encrypted end-to-end. We do not record, store, or have access to your sessions, your content, or your usage. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What's in the box?

Your Aikes device, a charging cable, and a quick-start guide. Nothing else — outer packaging is plain with no brand name or product description.

Do both partners need an Aikes device?

For the long-distance partner sync feature, yes — each person needs their own compatible device. Orion and Verax are designed to work together. Each device also works completely standalone with the AI sync feature, no partner required.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping is free and packaging is discreet.

How long does shipping take?

1-2 weeks depending on your distance from our location, as products with lithium often must travel by road inside Australia
